I shred my cardboard and use it as mulch for plants and to keep bare ground covered. I also have a raised bed where I am composting like a hugelkulture and planting flowers. This year I will be planting beans and perhaps wheat. I can't afford everything, but I buy ground beef from my local regen farmers. Occasionally I get the eggs too. I don't cook with "vegetable oil" but I have lard, tallow, and coconut oil.

Dreaming of durian as I'm watching this, it's prohibitively expensive here, at over $70 for one fresh durian, I gotta go to the tropics soon. I'm eating the wonderful locally grown fruit. I've noticed that avocados from trees in my neighborhood taste incredible as you described, thanks for explaining why, I always wondered. As for the idea that we're killing a life if we eat nuts or seeds or fruit with seeds inside, that's not so. Fruits and nuts are not independent life, the soul is in trees and plants. It's like saying that if we cut our hair or our nails, we are killing. Nuts and seeds are potential soul vessels, like nests IMO. Soaking nuts and seeds overnight is only long enough to release enzyme inhibitors, like would happen to them on the ground in a rain. Soaking long enough for them to sprout renders them toxic, likely to protect the infant plant from being eaten at that point. But I see your point, nuts and seeds are likely best eaten unsoaked and definitely unsprouted. Loved your video ❤️ ❤️

A couple of years ago I spent a week at this raw vegan community where Julia is right now and although they preached love and light on the outside there was a very angry and mean individual running the place and ruining everyone's experience. So I can totally relate to what Julia says about where war starts. My goal now is to have a peaceful relationship with my family, friends and neighbors. If everyone tried to bring peace to their inner circle the world would truly transform. ❤

So which nuts are best for the digestive system
@FruitarianParadise
@FruitarianParadise 26 күн бұрын
From my observations, these are raw nuts in the shell such as: 1. Pistachios 2. Pecans This is the easiest to both open and digest. Then things get more complicated depending on the strength of the shell 3. Hazelnuts 4. Walnuts 5. Almonds 6. Macadamia 7. Brazil nuts

What about other sessile foods like oysters & eggs?
@FruitarianParadise
@FruitarianParadise 27 күн бұрын
Finding eggs in the wild can be quite challenging for humans for several reasons: 1. Eggs are typically hidden in nests, which are well-protected from predators. Many bird species build their nests in hard-to-reach places, such as high trees, cliffs, or dense bushes. Humans need specialized skills, tools, and considerable strength and agility to access them. Many birds actively defend their eggs. They can react aggressively, striking with beaks or claws to protect their nests, posing a risk for anyone attempting to STEAL the eggs. 2. Raw eggs have an unpleasant taste and smell compared with fruit. 3. Eggs are not always available in the wild, as many birds lay eggs during specific seasons. Their nests may be empty at other times of the year and eggs may be damaged, or unsuitable for consumption, making them less reliable as a food source. In contrast, collecting fruits or nuts is much more accessible and safe. These can be gathered without harming other creatures, making plant-based foods a more natural and ethical option for human nutrition. To open oysters, tools are required, and the process of opening them takes effort and can be dangerous, as the sharp edges of the shell may damage the skin. Raw oysters have an unpleasant taste and smell compared with fruit. Like other mollusks, they can be difficult to digest. Additionally, today the seas contain a lot of microplastics, oil pollutants, and other toxic substances, making oysters an environmentally harmful food. Industrial fishing also has huge negative consequences for the ecosystem. Consuming oysters is equivalent to killing a living creature, much like eating snails or mussels.

Only the people can change this, by electing caring politicians who will enact the good policies. Unfortunately, these days, many politicians are bought by the greedy rich, and vote to reduce regulations, and work to advance their personal wealth, leaving the people with nothing. The people can demand change, but will they? 😢

Nuts all have to be dried and the shell is much harder than a potatoe. We also can't open it with our bare hands
@FruitarianParadise
@FruitarianParadise 27 күн бұрын
Nuts such as raw pistachios and pecans are very easy to open with your hands. Pistachios are already open. Nature shows which nuts are easier to eat, and which are worth the effort to open, and therefore the effort to digest. For example, Macadamia and Brazil nuts, one of the hardest shells, and these nuts are very fatty compared to the lightest pistachios or pecan. Pecans have a very light shell. I am either recommending nuts. This is food for any occasion. Anyway, raw nuts are tasty, you do not need to dry them. Some nuts can be in the sun for a few days and they become tastier. Potatoe is a plant murder, besides, it is tasteless raw. Then it need to be washed and peeled, you can’t do this with bare hands. You need a knife. With fruits everything is direct, without intermediaries.

In regards to hurricanes, they will exist no matter what, but their intensity will differ depending on the pressures and dryness of the area around them. Their fuel is temperature. So, when we allow nature to release moisture that is cool into the atmosphere and over the mountains, the environment is cooler decreasing the strength of the hurricanes, but also their speed and trajectory will change because the air all around is moist so it will be weakened faster and will land where it is driest and coolest.

You definitely don’t need to even dig a hole for a seed to germinate for the last three years I’ve been germinating hundreds of different seeds on top of my worm bed nothing has failed to germinate on occasion a seed from the bunch of seeds may not germinate but not all seeds germinate I simply stick seeds in there come back in a week and put them out and plant them where they need planted sometimes I just throw random seeds in there just to see if it’s sprouts them and it always does just the other day I was given some 15 year old tree seeds and they germinated perfectly fine and I gave them back to the lady that had them
