Also wondering, what is your mindset with animal products? I have been reading Dr. Greger’s How Not To Die, and I feel like I need to find some similar reading on benefits of eating some meat. I read that book and it all sounds good, but I just can’t get down eating that way every day.

Love all these products!! How do you eat all of this before it goes bad? What do you put in the freezer?

We put all the meat in the freezer, cauli thins, and then honestly we eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at home so we do eat it before it goes bad but most of the fresh food we’ll eat first and then move to frozen food after towards the end of the month.
