Thank you for update Jason! I sure hope we get to see this in action Jason…all the work you do is always well thought out. I would hope the people who own the properties will understand, that you’re a great front line person in the woods and that truly shows your environmental standards are high. They need to understand that when you impower people with proper knowledge of the harvesting program, they can then make an informed well thought out understanding of woods and will want to see more of it. Thanks again my friend Craig from bc Canada

Hi Craig, Hey, thanks for the kind words. I agree with you, the way to get more support for the industry's to show what we do. The industrial forestry that we do is well regulated, carefully researched and works. Providing the resources we all use now and growing trees for the future. We are way back in the high ground now and I love the view, multiple age classes as far as I can see. We're going to a level 2 fire season Monday so it will be real early from now on. Do you have fires going nearby? Sounds like there are a lot of fires burning across Canada. Hopefully we have another easy year this summer, we didn't have any serious fires last year. I just moved into a new unit, I've got shovel ground to knock out first and then yarder ground to figure out. This probably will be the unit I get started on with the line machine. I'm looking forward to it. A lot of steep ground on the last block, tried to cut it in the dark so I couldn't see what was below me! Be safe out there!

Custom steel work always intrigues.

I'm the same way. It's beautiful work being done. I enjoy building stuff myself, and there was a point that I was a pretty good welder. But for me that's a skill that I have to do a lot to maintain acceptable results. Now if I've got something that has quite a bit of welding it seems that I get to the point that I like the results about the time I'm done! High standards and low skills! Thanks for the interest, be safe.

Eric and crew are top notch for sure!

That's for sure. I am really enjoying seeing the machine come along and at the same time seeing the other machines on the line progress. It's very impressive to see so many different line machines being built in one place. Are you tethering yourself? Thanks for the comment, be safe

Looks like they are doing a good job! That is nice protection. That is really similar to how mine is done. We added almost nine thousand pounds of steel to mine and it is only a 210...lol. A lot of my steel was cut with a water cutter at Meadows Mills Sawmill factory.

Copy! It's coming along. It got primed and cooked this week and maybe painted. Getting close. Drum set, valves and controls, radios, lines, paint and cure, still quite a lot of work to go but they'll get it done. I'm looking forward to it so I can stop thinking about how I will work different areas and actually be doing it! Going to be a learning curve. How's your summer coming along! Markets are good out here, it's full throttle. Let's hope it all holds together. Good to hear from you, be safe!

@@thedailylogger We are working wide open. Pine market is not all that good but it is improving. It has been very cool so far this year. We are usually in summer by June but not this year. I have to go back and finish 2 big jobs this summer that we abandoned due to winter weather last year. I always hate that. Each one has about a million feet left. One of them has a large part that is beyond 70% and rocky so I will be hand cutting a lot of that... oh well it's part of here...stay safe out there!

@@timberslasher4899 Copy. Things are good here at the moment. I hear you on having to leave and then come back to a job. Sounds like the one in particular is a real Lulu! Well, good luck on 'er, and be safe out there.
