@wtsalways9 It's true that this is in a rental community; Destiny by the Sea is actually sought after specifically for that reason by many buyers! Many homes in the neighborhood are on managed vacation rental programs, including several of the Gulf-front homes, which produce well over $100K in annual rental income. The community is gated and security is on-site seasonally. The home does sit near Scenic Gulf Drive, but is not on an intersection. There is little to no sound of passing traffic!

This is one heck of a gorgeous house. But it was so super fast and it's hard to see what this house has to offer. This should have been at least a 30 minute walk through. And it left out so many things about this house. So i was kinda disappointed that I went to watch this. Cause I love seeing everything about a house but it's a beautiful house but it was seemed rather rushed.

Wow! Hate that it sold. Was hoping I would have an opportunity upcoming. Very nice piece of property. My opinion the best potentially in the area in regards to serving as a part or full time vacation rental. Now I'm sad.
