So cool to see 4711! Great video and fabulous history behind the scent. I have a beautiful round-shaped splash bottle that resembles an amulet, and I sometimes wear it in the summer. For me, it somehow smells a bit like narcissus pollen in early spring, when narcissus flowers first appear in stores. I really enjoy this sensation! Thank you :)

I love the history of Eau de Cologne. 4711 is so good. Such a great scent DNA. Summer in a bottle. I actually use it quite often. I'm glad it only lasts 30 minutes. I don't want to use a longer lasting version. Fresh out of the shower in the morning this stuff feels great. I like the flankers as well.

The OG holding...the OG. 😆 I actually ended getting the aftershave version so I could splash it on and it works just as well. You can pretty much spray any fragrance on after that and it won't clash because it'll evaporate after about 20 minutes. I usually just stick with AdP and Atelier Cologne for citruses anyway. Btw, the lime and nutmeg one from Geza lasts wayyy longer. But it's definitely not a lime scent. 😄

An old German classic that my great-grandmother used to wear (it was in a splash bottle back then). She used it as a "refreshener" on hot says. The fact that it still exists today is somehow a miracle, but there seem to be people who continue to buy it.

Brings me back to my kid days , I recall seeing a large bottle on My aunts dresser and equating it to the a bottle the adults would drink at their house parties I would be allowed to attend, well after a good swallow of 4711 I immediately spit it out over my top and pants, I was afraid to mention the incident to my Aunt but she immediately sniffed me and accused me of being at her fragrance, I denied it and replied, I will never drink any whisky when I grow up Aunty Patty, lol true story, oh I never drank fragrance of any kind since , just saying hahaha 💪👊🤛
