Wash your clothes with cold water it does less damage to your clothes, helps the environment, and lowers your electricity bill and no the washing machine doesn't actually kill bacteria; your dryer actually kills most of the bacteria!!

Hey Good Morning....and pardon me for being late, lol. To start with, very proud of you for getting thru and past your terms! I know it's a total grind, but the pursuits of higher learning (for most of us) were never intended to be fun. So it's perfectly understandable to be consumed with both fatigue and sleeplessness - especially at this juncture. Regarding the water question...I mostly use warm as well, except when doing whites of course. But every washer dispenses a mixture of both hot and cold water IOT achieve a 'warmer' temp balance. So actually, you are getting some unknown percentage of hot water - which for most conventional washers is normally at around 50 percent. Novice or not, your gym routine is very admirable. Just continue to be careful and not overextend yourself. Especially with the heavier weights, we tend to get somewhat overconfident, and all of a sudden (out of nowhere) we develop a hernia - or something even more serious. BTW, I accidently clicked on your previous vlog and somehow completely missed the 3rd movement of Vivaldi - very nice touch. Vivaldi was the very first composer I followed. Anyway, I know you have plans to travel to Cabo, but I just overheard a report about a warning being issued by the US Dept of State. I guess there has been several fatal incidents (in various parts of Mexico recently) so please be extra-extra careful. It's been super windy all week here where I am, but hoping you have far better weather conditions during your vacay - which you most certainly have earned. As always, thanks much for sharing. I never pull all-nighters and I am always ready for my exam. but one time I did and let me tell you holy sh*t I regret my life.. I had to repeat this paper TWICE bcos how hard the subject is. and I freaking hate that subject too. thinking if I did not sleep I would remember everything I memorise. I'm the type the person who cannot memorise sh*t you know. I need to understand the concept then I can write freely. or else I would be doomed. maybe I had severe anxiety that night I guess.. I just want it to finish so bad. I could not think wisely. I told my friend I did not sleep for this paper and she said what are you doing ?? you're crazy dude 😩
