Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for featuring Santa Fe! I’ve lived here for 30 years and still fall back in love with this sweet city every day. My daughter and I have followed you (and your brother) since the beginning. I think it was about 8 years ago when my daughter met you and your brother at the Amsterdam airport and got a selfie with the two of you. Thank you again for all of your videos! I’ve also loved all of your New Zealand adventures with Carrie!

Really enjoyed the video. We’re going there next week and got some really good ideas of what to see and where to go. Lots of people have videos of the area but I really liked yours. It was very low key but moved fast enough not to be boring. The insightful commentary regarding the history of a place was appreciated. Like you, I love architecture and history and your video blended both quite well. I wouldn’t have walked around the Barrio but now definitely will.

When my mother would take me to Santa Fe for orthodontic appointments I would end up spending more hours in town than I intended. She would get so wrapped up in shopping that I would wait seemingly forever for her to pick me up after my appointment. I never spent as much as 48 hours in one stretch in Santa Fe, however. Bandelier was one of our favorite Sunday picnic spots. We made sure to take visiting relatives there for a picnics, as well.

I couldn't agree more with you about your feelings toward Santa Fe, and New Mexico in general - they are magic! On a return trip can I suggest a visit to Chimayo? A trip to see the beautiful Santuario, the Chile Man of Chimayo, and a meal at Rancho de Chimayo make a fantastic day trip, not too far down the road.

Hi Alex, I love this place, New Mexico is cool, in legacy Spain and the nascent Mexico Santa Fe communicated with Mexico City: going by others cities Chihuahua City, Victoria de Durango, Zacatecas, Guanajuato to Mexico City. This road is called "La Ruta Tierra Adentro" they used it a lot before Mexico lost New Mexico, now World Heritage. I love the landscapes and that city.

The elected officials not governing our city is creating chaos for the people visiting and people living in Santa Fe. The loud cars that take over our city day and night and the speeding cars and running red lights is an embarrassment to this city and the tax payers. There is no police presence to control any of this. In short, Santa Fe is going in the wrong direction. The officials are more interested with making the rail and art district another Disney park and not fixing problems at hand. I moved to Santa Fe over 14 years ago and love it, but the last few years of increased noise from the modified car mufflers have taken over the sound scape and is causing noise pollution that's unacceptable for most cities. My family and friends will no longer visit due to lack of sleep either in hotel rooms or at my place due to the noise. There are laws in place to curb the illegal cars but it's not being enforced. This is unfair and I don't know to approach it. I have contacted the governor's office and never received a reply, same with the mayor. Do our elected officials ever step outside to see what's going on in this city? This has been going on for a long time and there's been more than ample time to fix this.
