We've been FT RVers going on our 5th yr. too. We've only had our Sungold power all-in-one for about 7 months now but can't live without it. We have the smaller 5kw, 48v model but it provides more power than we need. We run both A/C units and all our appliances in our motorhome at the same time with power to spare.

Just an idea Put each 4 battery bank through it's own off/on switch so if you will be able to turn each 4 battery bank off, This will help you trouble shoot your system and allow you to keep your system running while finding and replacing the bad battery. I also watch GBear Your system looks great
