That's one 'hell' of a city. But if they use their brains they can convert their biggest hardship to their greatest opportunity if they harness the power of solar energy. In these kind of places every building must have a fridge and an A.C, without that survival becomes impossible. Solar energy can make electricity much cheaper. Even industries can thrive there giving people jobs. That desert can be converted to a spring and a miracle city like Dubai. Government to take some initiative.
