There's a good foyer, and it opens into a spacious great room. Rough stone is fine for the fireplace wall, but that's enough. Certainly not good for a kitchen backsplash! The laundry/pantry area is also the hallway to all the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms should have a bathtub as an option. The exterior door from the master bedroom should open onto a deck or patio, not just lawn. Overall, this is a good plan.

I would have a retractable awning just outside the doors to the patio. Add some extra shade. Take the door out of the bedroom. Bugs, ants and other slitherin creatures can come in. You're better off moving that to the elevated patio, if you need to by the front door.

Do you know what one is? You see them on campers while camping. Yes they make them for houses too. For the door, you've never lived in nature before. Drafts in winter, snakes in the spring and fall along comes the spiders. Better to put the door somewhere else. I'd be doing a Marine inspection morning and night. Wildlife and critters of non-profit family related, need to stay out

It's nice but the master bedroom could be a little smaller so the 2nd bathroom could be a little bigger. The bathrooms need bathtubs and if not then the house isn't so good anymore.
