So offshores can get 189 invite with 60 points to come and stay anywhere they wish and Onshores have to follow all these requirements even to go and live in regional with high points. What an amazing immigration system !

I have one question that 494 and 491 visa holders may be eligible for centre link,health care facilities if they get the residence status,which is pending at parliament.
