The Supreme Court of the country and various High Courts have given many important decisions against 498A in the last decade. In a recent decision of the Calcutta High Court, the court even said that women are increasing legal terrorism in the name of 498A. Madhya Pradesh High Court said in its decision that a package of 5 is going on in 498A cases, where not only the husband is being targeted, but the husband's family members are being included in the FIR.

WPA / 498A is a financial game of the advocates / judicials between the parties involved. Both the parties are handicapped before the tactics of both side advocates. SCI or HC of India may pass any direction to the lower courts does not affect due to the financial involvements of the Advocates.

सर, हमने trial court से acquital होकर, session court ने अपील पर सजा सुना दिया, सारे बेबुनियाद, मनगढ़ंत कहानी है, न गवाह, न सबूत, न मेडिकल रिपोर्ट, न IO. का जांच, फिर भी 17 दिन जेल काटकर जमानत पर बाहर है अब HC में हमने अपील कर रखा है। अब हमारे पास क्या रास्ता है, क्या केश QUASH हो सकता है, या HC के निर्णय का इंतजार करने के सिवाय कोई रास्ता नही है?

Sir kuch nai hota hai maine hc p&h main queshing lgayi hai aaj 5 yr ho gya hai bs date pe date padd rhi hai. Aur lower court main v just date pe date mil rhi hai. Hmare advocate aur judges aaps mai mil ke ladki ko pese dilva rhe hai. Aur judge jaan bhooj kar humein 4bje tak bitha ke rakhte hai jabki ladki ko bhej dete hai. Aur judges vakeel mujpe pressure bna te hai k ladki ko pese de kar compromise kro agar hum justice maagte hai to just date pe date de rhe hai. Sir judges v mujhe jaan bhooj k mis behave kr rhi hai aur mujhe kafi jayada galat behave kr rhi hai aur 36k bal pending hai keh rhi hai leke aa nahi to jail mai daal doogi aur tera sab kuch bikea doogi. Abb aap bataye jahan pe aise judges ho vahan pe juatic kaisa milega.

kaun si court 482 k according sunti hai"? sare chooo judges are basic n sole reason of harassment. no wants to hear anything based on facts. even advocates say that they are more delighted to take female cases rather than boy because ek natal judge k agay and hence they need not to do anything

Agar wife pahile FIR me 498A,323,504,506,3/4 DP Act me lagaya aur use Thane me fir se 3 months ke bad use Thane me uper dharayo ke sath pati ke khilaf 377,376,406,313 aur pahile ke dharaye lagaye hai to kya bad Vali FIR Hon.HC se quesh ho sakti hai kya? Pl help kare.
