कितने ही सरकारी अधिकारी हैं जो बैक डेट में आदेश करते हैं, केस अधिकारी के पास होते हैं वो खुद को सेव करने के लिए कोई भी डेट लिख सकते हैं, विशेष रुप से time limit वाले मामलों में... अधिवक्ता सही बोल रहे हैं, बैक डेट में ऑर्डर होते है, आम जनता नहीं जानती समझती है, परंतु इस बात का हम अधिवक्ताओं को अफसोस है कि हम इस बात को बिना सबूत के साबित ही नहीं कर सकते, यही हमारी मजबूरी है, हम चाहते हुए भी अपने अपने पक्षकारों को न्याय नहीं दिलवा पाते है, अंधा कानून सबूत और गवाह से चलता है वास्तविकता से नहीं... SDM तहसीलदार पटवारी R I की वास्तविकता भी सभी लोग जानते हैं परंतु सबूत..????
