@@Kritikakapoor115 हो सकता है, आपके साथ गलत हुआ हो, लेकिन पति पत्नी का विवाद कोर्ट तक पहुंच जाए, वहां दोनो के हित यही उचित है, वे अलग ही रहे। क्योंकि, यदि पति ने कुछ गलत किया है। तो फिर कुछ गलत कर सकता है। और बुरे आदमी के साथ रहना ही क्यों? और यदि पत्नी ने झूठे आरोप और मुकदमे दर्ज कराए है। तो फिर दुबारा झूठे मुकदमे दर्ज करवा सकती है। इसलिए मामला जब कोर्ट की दहलीज पर पहुंच गया है। तो फिर कोर्ट के जरिए ही मामले का निपटारा करे। और इसका अंतिम पड़ाव तलाक ही होता है।

Don't let her into your life.... Nature of a person won't change....if you really feel that she has changed and feeling guilty/regret....Then ask her to pay some amount as fine/penalty to CM relief fund/some charitable trust/donation to mandhir...the amount should be greater than 15% of her assets or not atleast 10% of her assets..... don't take from her as compensation because women/men will be okay to pay for their husbands/wife as fine/penalty...but they don't like to pay for CM relief/charitable Trust...if they really regret their action then they won't mind paying 10% of their assets as fine...... while asking to pay fine/penalty ask privately where there is no CCTV/audio recordings/witness....
