बहुत ज्वलंत विषय है। जैसे और बिमारी होती हैं ऐसे ही यह भी है जबकि इसमे लाइफ थ्रेट नहीं है। यह बीमारी पति या पत्नी किसी की भी हो सकती है। ऐसे में बीमार की खिल्ली उड़ा कर उसे छोड़ देने से अच्छा है कि एक दूसरे का सहारा बनें। पत्नी के भी यूटेरस या वरीज़ में ऐसी प्रॉब्लम हो सकती है कि वह egg प्रोड्यूस न कर पाए एंड concieve न कर पाए और दूसरी तरफ पति में भी प्रॉब्लम हो सकती है कि वह कॉंफिडेंट न हो और संबंध न बना पाए। प्रॉब्लम दोनों तरफ हो सकती है । तो क्या इसका मतलब यह है कि पति बीमार पत्नी को छोड़ दे या पत्नी बीमार पति को छोड़ दे? क्या शादी सिर्फ दो शरीरों का संबंध है? जरा सोचें इस पर।

शादी का मुख्य उद्देश्य क्या होता है ? क्यो विपरीत लिंगों का ही विवाह किया जाता है और इसी प्रकार के विवाह को समाजिक मान्यता प्राप्त है। फिर क्यौ कोई भी नपुंसक के साथ रहे, नपुंसक को अपने विषय में सब कुछ पहले ही पता होता है तथा अधिकतर मामलों में मां बाप व परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों को भी पता रहता है फिर भी ऐसे कमीनें लोग दूसरे की जिंदगी बर्बाद कर देते हैं और कोर्ट केस करने पर तलाक़ भी जल्दी से नहीं देते उल्टा झूठे इल्जाम लगा कर बदनाम और करते है, खुद तो इनको आगे कुछ करना नही होता है न ही इन्हें कोई शर्म लियाज रह जाती है व पूरा परिवार बेशर्म होकर दूसरे का जीवन बर्बाद करने पर तुल जाता है। कोर्ट में भी इस बात को साबित करना बहुत ही मुश्किल हो जाता है तथा न ही कानून में इस अपराध की कोई सजा है। ऐसे केसों में पोलीग्राफी टेस्ट ही अच्छा साबित हो सकता है जिससे पिडित को त्वरित न्याय मिल सके तथा अपराधी को कम से कम २० साल की सज़ा हो।
