हाई कोर्ट मे 498A की quashing ptiotion की लिस्टिंग होती रहती है और वर्षों तक फैसला नहीं होता, पत्नी present नहीं होती, और पति के दूर के रिश्तेदार केस मे फंसे रहते है, फर्जी दहेल केस से कानूनी रूपया दोहन का व्यापार पनप चुका है

laws, such as 498a is biased .Disgruntled Wife with wicked vengeance are aware of the lingering process of a trial court in which a case is registered on face value without evidence, a charge sheet is submitted, and a trial court cognizance is taken solely on face value. Now the inlaws will begin defaming the husband, the wife will not appear in the trial court, and the mental trauma for the husband will last for 4-5 years while the wife enjoys her life and the husband lives in ignominy. The trial court is aware that the case is a forgery and that the husband has evidence; however, the wife is not appearing for prosecution evidence. The trauma will continue because the trial court will only give a husband a chance to prove himself after 4-5 years, if he is lucky, where the trial court appears unwilling to grant bail or accept a discharge application. The question is where is justice? , where is Article 21, which discusses the liberty and dignity of an Indian citizen?
