In my IPC498+34,case में, wife has agreed & deposed in family court before the hon judge that she had filed false cases against me on the say of her father and the language of the advocate. in a case,u/s HMA section 9,RCR, which got "Dismissed " Can I not go to discharge/stop the case on the basis of this Dismissal order of family court.?

पॉक्सो (सैक्शन 10) के केस में नबालिक लड़के से छेड़छाड़ के लिए पिता पर आरोप है ! पति-पत्नी का विवाद न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है... डिस्चार्ज के लिए जाना चाहिए या क्वाशिंग के लिए जाना चाहिए !

Nahi yeh non compoudable offence hai yani jismain koi compromise yan yu kahein samjhota nahi ho sakta. Discharge yan toh samjhote par yan gawahi mukerne par ho sakta hai. Itna aasan nahi hai state case ko todna. Court 99%state ke paksh main hoti hai Adv m s talwar pb hy high court
