enlarged the husband on bail on same day to on basis of documents on record without hearing
the complainant - 498a Bail cancelled - Undue haste shown by Magistrate in granting the 498a bail - The fact that order ran into so many pages show oblique motive. For cancellation of bail
conduct subsequent to release on bail are relevant, but they are not the only factors - Superior
Court has power to cancel the bail of bail was granted on irrelevant material or if there was
non application of mind. in this judgement supreme court rejected the bail of husband in 498a case.

Ye to badi hi khatarnaak judgement h supreme court ki taraf se aise husband bail le lega fir bhi uske mn me dar baith jayega ki kahi bail cancelled na ho jay.

पत्नी को जेल भिजवा कर हासिल क्या हुआ होगा ? सिर्फ मन की संतुष्टि? सिर्फ ego satisfaction ? तो ऐसी संतुष्टि किसी गरीब को खाना खिलाने या मदद करने से नहीं होती क्या ? जितना पैसा झूठा 498a के मुकदमे में लगा होगा, उतने पैसों की किसी गरीब की मदद कर देती। खर्चा तो 125 या dv में मिल ही जाता। SHAME ON SUCH WIVES

Dekho bhai m toh itna jaanta hu ki galti husband wife ki dono ki hoti hai ,ladkiya unko kabhi nahi maaf krti wo galat krte hai husband jaise marna pitna physical parshan krna kyuki unke sath galat hua hota hai .per jo ladki khud nahi rehna chati aur jhoota case krti hai unko bass paise se matlab hota hai kyuki unke sath kuch galat nhi hua hota bass wo samaj ke Nazar m acha banti hai .bass sattelment karo aur case wapas .
