Men in India should not marry at all with this new provision, law. The laws, administration have been alrrady favouring women/ wives and putting men under jail or arm twist husbands/ men to pay huge alimony, property, money to ex wife. This is bad news for married men. Wife can file cruelty, 498 A, DV case and extort huge money, property or send you to jail by claiming you were mentally harrssing her. Mental harassment can't be contested as wife's words will be taken as gospel truth by judges.
