I love the new staff hiring especially KJ Wright. Head coach potential right there. 👀 his podcast, I like how he announced that he's our new coach. I really do think this new coaching structure will work well together. The defense is gonna be creative, sound, & aggressive next year.

Niners were also interviewing the Chiefs’ DB coordinator after they learned that Spags got his contract extension. So, the Chiefs actually dodged 2 bullets, considering how good the Chiefs’ secondary has been the last few years.

When Brandon Staley focused strictly on defense with the Chargers they weren't bad but he delved into everything else. Not a fan of his head coaching efforts.

We had the BEST four-man front who "get home" in 2.3 seconds. We made average QB's look GREAT by letting them throw in 2.2 seconds. Fing DUH Shanahan has trouble with in-game adjusments, as is evident by his game history. These coaching additions will help tremendously

In 2023, Niners defense rank was #8, if the 2024 improves to #7 or better then its an upgrade over Steve Wilks.

I fear Staley will take the leadership from Nick Sorensen and may make the defense a laughing stock. I hate the talk Staley had one good year in 2020 with the rams. Pure bad take as the Rams went now where that year. In 2021 the Rams won the superbowl with way better defensive coordinator. Why are folks discounting what Staley the fool did with the Chargers defense?? Even thou the defense had good players it never made it to the top 20. All I know is if Staley does take over the Vetrans will go to Kyle and ask that he be gone. Kyle runs the risk of losing his players.

No big deal here. The 49ers are so loaded and it still makes no sense how they keep losing SB's.....the issue is and has been Kyle. The NFC will be stronger next year and they will not make the SB or even win the division from the Rams, who have a much better coach, with less talent.

Wow you really have no clue what you’re talking about. Kyle is the mastermind behind the entire operation. They wouldn’t have such an amazing roster if it wasn’t for him. He’s picking them all. He’s the one getting them to the championship year after year and the Super Bowl. He doesn’t have an elite QB, and when you’re that high up in the season, that’s what separates teams

Locked the 1st seed early with the Lions and Cowboys choking in their final games, they didn't have to face the Cowboys or Eagles in the playoffs, and they were pretty healthy going into the SB. The path next season is going to be tougher.
