Love to you Kreug. Men carry a lot of pain. Men also recognise other men carrying pain. John Lynch is a solid man. A lot of us out here know exactly how you feel. Love to you and any other men on here that also quietly are carrying their loads. (I have a very disabled son, and I fear for him when my time comes..) 🙏🍻(and go niners✊)

Sorry to hear about your parents, Krueg. It was an extra awful time to lose anyone bc nothing was quite right. I lost my close grandma right at the start of lockdown, and we weren’t able to have and still haven’t had a service. Makes it so much harder to process. I can’t imagine going through that with parents. It’s nice to hear that John Lynch really does seem to be the legit guy he appears to be; that was a kind and classy move. Appreciate you sharing all of that, along with your regular great updates. Hang in there. ♥️👊

I take the CMC flying to Germany thing as him wanting to get back on the field faster than what he’s being told. That guys a workhorse and it’s probably killing him that he can’t play right now so he’s doing everything he can to get back asap

Who is your stats guy Larry, Dave Lombardi? The 1981 Niners started 1-2 and won the Superbowl - turn in your san franciscan native card after that miss. And the 1993 Cowboys started 1-2 and also won the Superbowl. BTW, in 1981 Lowell Cohn had a "The End of Bill Walsh" article cued and ready to publish after the Niners next loss, but, of course, we know how that all turned out - and Walsh didn't hold any grudges against Lowell.

You are wrong Krueg... the 49ers started 1-2 in 2022( loss vs Bears, W vs Seahawks, L vs Broncos) and made to the Conference Championship vs Eagles... so no, the 9ers actually did it what you said it's necer been done! And "if" Purdy didn't got injured, I say we would've gone to the SB!
@ryanmartin3388Ай бұрын
He said never WON the conference title game or super bowl
@tflo75Ай бұрын
@@ryanmartin3388His report was wrong as has been pointed out. The 1981 Super Bowl Champion 49ers were 1-2, likewise the 1993 Cowboys were also 1-2 and did the same. Larry got caught up with bs hyperbole.
@tflo75Ай бұрын
Yeah, from memory I recalled the 1993 Cowboys that Repeated as Superb Owl Champions began their season 1-2 after losing their first 2 games. Larry, don't believe every BS report you get. This 49ers team is going to get their shit together and do the same.

That 25% chance to make the playoffs after going 1-2 has to be a little flawed since 7 teams make the playoffs now right?

You tripping it's plenty 1-2 teams plus we can sweep Seattle or close games
@josephsullivan0420Ай бұрын

@TrueEarth2112Ай бұрын
I think the 1-2 record never going to a SB is silly. It's only 3 games. They were 5-3 last year and went to SB. They only have to go 4-1 in their next 5 to be back at 5-3. It's kind of a ridiculous stat, but still interesting it's never been done.
@seichho73Ай бұрын
Not added in that statistic of teams starting 1-2 is the fact seasons were shorter. 14 game seasons to 1977 before going to 16. Now with a 17-game slate I'm sure chances are higher. 9ers have started slow in Shannahan era and made NFC championship games before. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Jennings is an absolute beast of player. If all our players had his passion for the game. And just watching to end... My condolences as belated as they are Larry. And that's super great to hear how Lynch called you. Good people there. Happy B-Day John!

It's kind of similar situation to when the Shanahan's were both in Washington. The organization were in a position where they kind of had to take RG3 with the 2nd overall. However then they also take Cousins in the 4th, kind of confusing many at the time. Say what you want about Cousins, he's still in the league and being paid a lot of money.
@0wnToDeadАй бұрын
maybe they could ad fletcher cox to replace hargrave this season. Idk if he fits the 9ers scheme but may be a good add.

Jujaun Jennings was not the NFL player of the week although you could make a strong argument. His stat line is amazing. Jayden Daniels was selected with his 21 of 23 254 yds and 2 touchdowns, Purdy didn’t even get mention.
