I love that the live footage looks like it was recorded on a VHS camcorder from 1994. Timeless. Also, I just happen to have that same cycling cap that Buck is wearing, cool!

Yeah that performance of Dragon was utterly gorgeous, because of that tension and discomfort. It was the best part of this show. Pulled my heart and guts right out of my mouth.

That was a fabulous privelege to hear such ethereal talent speak such earthy truths. Gobsmackingly amazing. My delight in and appreciation of the wonder that is Big Thief has just increaased exponentially. Love and respect to anyone lucky enough to find this gem. Live loud.

is anyone in the know for how buck gets all those overtones and harmonics? and is he using a volume pedal to get those dynamics? it sounds so organic yet he does it in every recording it sounds haha
