Sheena, it is a 10 for sure, so excellent, fabulous, elegant and beautiful too. I always love watching your videos at night. It is like going to the movies. It brings back memories of me being stationed at Clark Air Base, Philippines working as US American Air Force Security Police. Plus, I dream about future goals of retiring under the Philippine government sponsored American Military SRRV Retirement Visa program in the Cebu area. The house is good, but houses in that price range should have their own large swimming pool, it is a big mistake that it does not have it.

why would you want a pool and the headache that comes with it? they already have a nice huge pool and barely no one there using it. I do see a lot of wasted space in the house that you can probably use as an adult play area with a nice game table, jacuzzi, and maybe a nice private gym. 😁

@@LuvMyLilBabe what he said, for that price it should have a pool, if it doesn’t then it is overpriced regardless of location. I would guess the owner is betting on the close proximity to shared amenities.

@@LuvMyLilBabe Considering the current price the layout is outdated thus the waste of space. If it were just a simple open layout, as do most prefer here in the US, it would sell quickly. You can spend more for upgrades and even an outdoor BBQ area than for extra walls, rooms and floors that are rarely used.
