whoever designs this house is very thoughtful to elderly people. he placed the room in the 1st floor very near the entrance in case of any emergency. i love how he thinks! However, the bed in the master bedroom is facing the door of the balcony which does not comply with fengshui and the walls with the neighbors are too low talking about privacy.. but still love this house

Love the layout and design of the house. This is by far one of my most favorite as most houses featured here do not have enclosed T&B and just straight up open space with the closet. The entrance area is also spot on since we do have the same tradition of leaving footwears outside. The only thing I could comment about is the layout of the first floor, I think the parking and the kitchen should be closed enough for bringing in groceries easily without passing through the living space. But there's the laundry area to sort it out.

@@flc23 this is because Filipinos think the more stories you have and the more bedrooms you have the richer you are....so they build tiny house with three stories and 5 bedrooms with only 65 square meters. Its beyond silly. This is just a normal design in US.

I adore this house! I love the foyer as it is something you almost never see in typical Filipino home design, but as a Westerner it's a very welcome addition. I never liked the idea of opening the front door directly into a living room. It's a beautiful home all around.

While the house itself is beautiful, my concern is more of safety and security of the house; perhaps the korean designer never encounter such rampant house burglary in Korea that's very much prevalent in Philippines that victimize even those in seemingly secured high end villages. There's too many point of access inside the house and no barrier that can deter would be burglar

Love it! Not excessively big(for my needs), but generous with space. Senorita steps. Check. A bit of a yard. Check. Genkan. Check. But...what's the subdivision like other than the golf course? Gated? Amenities?
