Planning to leave Manila and settle in Cebu with my fam. Currently hunting for subd that has a nice neighbor, near schools, supermarkets and near in Cebu City. Have done checking virtually in Compostela but I think if I am not mistaken its an hour drive away from Cebu City. The overlooking view there was very nice and relaxing far from toxic and fast paced city. We are still in tight quarantine restriction here in Manila so I can't travel to Cebu to hunt personally.

Hi Bry. Compostela is about an hour an a half drive. We can check Consolacion and Talisay. There are great houses there as well. When will you be here in Cebu?

I can't give you specific date as the quarantine restriction in Manila still in tight. But I can't let the year 2021 pass without visiting Cebu. Hopefully I can acquire a house in your suggested City/ies that fits to my alloted budget up to 2.5m - 2.8m max in cash/fullpayment. Thanks.

Overpriced . I could find a beautiful house in AL that’s so much cheaper, better designed , quality materials and with more land than this. Who are your target clients? Foreigners can’t buy or own land in Philippines. Most Filipinos can’t afford it . You need to build small scale , quality housing for the locals and Filipino retirees.
