4D combat - Five Simple Traps

Here I show five simple ways to trap. Remember the aim is to hit. You're only trapping because he's got his arms in the way of your attack or because the distance is too far.
If you attack from too far there's a big chance of you getting stop hit as you bridge the gap between you.
Simple traps like these just negate his counter and clear the route to the target. We start with the Pak sao or slap, then lop sao or grab then double tap.
Make the lop sao invisible as directed or he can counter with the Pak sao. You can do the double tap fast of if you just cover his hand softly you can choose the time and do it slowly.
We then change line for the inside slap and then finally I show how to beat or Jut sao or jerk his arm down putting all the weight on his legs and negating most of his tools and bringing his head nearer to my punch. Do this by dropping back using the rear heel to bounce off. Don't use the arms or bend the leg only use the rear heel bounce.

Hoxton was an amazing club. Re my age, I'm 70 at the present moment. Still training hard and eating well. Seems to make a difference. Plus keeping your fingers crossed. Haha .
