@Kishlay Anand I think you see water as an obstacle. Try learning how to swim and see if that perception changes. Swimming is an experience like no other. You are interacting with the elements. Being to tensed or too relaxed will cause you to sink. It is about finding the balance. See how much you are missing if you would rather walk on water instead.

I'm from Melbourne Australia , sadhguru transformed me, opened my eyes and millions of others through his wisdom.. yes he is a torch light that we badly need ( I think everyone should pay attention to what he says, it took me some time after listening to him to understand the fundamentals. its very deep, this shows how shallow we are, not paying attention to life but everything around it) its my wish to see him in person spend some time at isha yoga centre in india. 🙏🙏
