My sentiments exactly. I went to a local open mic night a couple weeks ago and sang/performed that for them and apparently it inspired one of the regular goers to finally share an original that they’ve been too scared to share before. I wish the guy well, because he’s impacted me and so many others in such a positive way through his music

Likely not, sorry. It's like $12 a year to have a cover song on DistroKid (which distributes to all the music sites). Having a full album (like 17 cover songs) would be like $204 a year, and that's a wee bit expensive.
