Season 2 for me. But the sentiment is still as strong. Perhaps stronger with this piece, for as i got into the show half my family disowned and ostracized me... also graduating separation from friends. Rough spot in my life and these type of songs from 4everfreebroney, aviators, princewhateverer, and others truly saved my sanity as well as my relationship with the godhead. So thanks

@@rb1633 Anyone can understand Luna's predicament. Imagine working hard to appease the masses, but all your efforts are always being overshadowed by your counterpart and people, ponies, in this case, seemingly can't even take the time to say, "Thank you." It also doesn't help when said counterpart dismisses your thoughts. Celestia even admits it herself, in season 2, that she ignored her sister. Point is: both sisters are guilty in their own right, but the fact is hammered home that none of it would've happened had Celestia just lent an ear to Luna's pleas.

It's so cool how creativity within a fandom can become circular, with fans inspiring one another to keep producing content for a now ended series. A month ago I had a mental breakdown and lost all interest in creativity, and I'm still not back to being able to face it (or my life), but this makes me feel better about returning to my fanfiction about Luna and Celestia's past... It might be a pointless waste of time in the scope of the world, but perhaps if I can finish one thing that I feel proud of... maybe I won't feel like such a worthless failure. I hope I feel able to return to it one day, because I do still love the pony universe and the story I was telling inside it... Anyway, beautiful cover, and thank you for continuing to create for the brony community. You are a beacon of light and hope for the rest of us.

Hardly can imagine how immortals carry some of their soul wounds trough senctures. In a most fantasy stories, immortals usually feels not so sharp about things. But people forgot about the thing, they may not too much suffer about mortals and things which changes quick. Even usual mortals heal their feelings with a time pretty fast. But for immortals that time can stretch forever, because they feel in a different way and very slowly changing and accepting new things. Especially about things they used to in ages and other immortals they know already few thousands years. So im sure, Celestia, maybe not always, but sometimes feels really sad about her sister. And that explain why she teach Twilight to be a new Princess and get along with Luna when she came back
