Use a 10-20W phone charger as a power supply and reset your modem using reset key. If you don't find reset key then visit our channel video.

Mine what should I do sir, im also having this dongle, I tried all the steps, but its still no internet connection. The network is disconnected, then I check the setting on.ive saw an FIRMWARE UPGRADE. Its said I need to download the latest firmware, then after I upload the firmware link, to upgrade this so it mean theres an installation to do? Hard reset your modem using reset key and reconnect it.
