It's very easy and simple where the next auction should be. After the police raided the pawn shop and everybody ran out of the pawn shop, 4Head said "let's all meet up" and they met up in a garage area underground. That's where the next auction should take place. 1) It's hidden, 2) They can't confiscate that area because it belongs to no one and 3) They can't prohibit people from being there since it's a public place.
