Also pd fights as if they had never played a single fps before. Whoever is making their attack plans, never has a plan b or c.

@@lemongrabb9714 uh? they totally could have negotiated to have the PD get their officers and they wouldn't have raided Hydra right after, most raids that ended in the PD almost getitng wiped with someone sensible leading the operation ended in the PD negotiating, it happened so many times in the past.....the guy leving the comment meant negotiating when Den asked Fiippy on the phone after the PD was basically already pinned in the tunnel and almost wiped and completely surrounded, not before the raid.

@@alexholding6463 Goal was to raid ALL the houses on the sac including Ash's house that's the straws they were grasping at. I think the only one not on the list to get raided was Snows. Even still if they were raided with everything still in there I do not think majority of Hydra's finances are in those houses since Hydra moves around their stuff a lot. Don't get me wrong, it would have hurt and gave PD and ego boost, but nothing that Hydra couldn't recover from.
