Robyn and her exhusband are examples of two emotionally unhealthy people having a unhealthy relationship with each other. If Robyn is not careful, she may stay in that unhealthy relationship for decades waiting for him to be the husband she is hoping for him to be.

For what its worth, the moment that Karen told her daughter to fight for her life. It really made me like Karen, like it made me look beyond her putting on heirs. Gazelle was better to me in the sense of how she was like Karen, "I got you", when Ashley's husband was taking his pants off, but also how she looked at Karen like "you don't give names unless you know for sure who the person is..."

FYI...When they are cruising in Annapolis, they are actually on the Chesapeake Bay, an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean, not the Potomac River. Not a big deal, just sharing. :)

Isn't it interesting that Katie is trying to invite Karen in order to get some high-level donors when her mother is a prominent corporate executive and has been an established person in the social scene of Potomac for Katie's entire life! Hmmm. Katie is going to someone (Karen) who married into Potomac circles and is basically an outsider in her class tier?

Yup, RHOP has grown on me- I live in Maryland, so I get the whole 'Potomac snobby vibe'. It is what it is. Remember the Real Housewives franchise was a spin on The housewives of wisteria lane- they were supposed to have some grace and etiquette about themselves. We're so used to the ratchetry of RHOA, I feel like we think any black woman on TV that doesn't act like that is putting on airs. Meanwhile, how many of us have such rachetry in our circles? I'm pretty sure very few!

I think Robyn's pride has been shot. She doesn't want to be known as being in a relationship with a cheater who happened to be her husband and father of her kids because of what people will think. But yet, she knows deep down inside she wants to make things work regardless of how he treated her so she puts on a mask to make it seem like she has one foot in the door and another foot out, have her cake and eat it too. She didn't even tell her children that they are divorced yet because she knows what she is doing is messy and can confuse their kids which is selfish to me.

Did you cancel RHOOC when BH, NY, Miami started airing? So why should cancelling Atlanta because a consideration because we now have Potomac? For crying out loud, when is it going to dawn on Black folks that We are not all the same. There could be 10 Housewives shows and they're going to appeal to some, none ever all. My issue is, why the limitations? We need to be exposed to a variety of Black life, from Good Times to the Jeffersons.
