I stumbled across the interview with Kevin Samuels on the Tasha K podcast. The conversation between Tasha and Kevin gave him the opportunity to shine from a different light. This man is so informative, well spoken and believe it or not he was very humble. His purpose and mission is to elevate the black woman to a level to prepare her mindset to acquire the benefits of a prosperous relationship. His truth was rejected by the majority, was he defeated, of course not, the effort to bring about change was his goal to inspire but until the light shines these women will continue to desire a man there not prepared for. Tasha K., Thank you for inviting Kevin Samuels to your show. RIP KS!!!!

@Tom London I've only caught a few of shows all the way through and didn't hear it. Might be on me because as I like to multitask. Its good to hear other men talk about this. Having good mothers even with the absence of fathers can do a man well but we do need to surround ourselves around real leaders. It's been real frustrating as I see it in myself when growing up. Its not until I surrounded myself other well established men that I started to figure out that I couldn't do what women do in situations.

What I've learned is that people "claim" they want the 'truth', but in actuality they are more comforted with lies! People say "Keep It 100," but when someone like a Kevin Samuels/Tasha K do that, then the dragging commences. The real truth is people want to be lied to! Awesome, Interview!

I respect that what he says is for the people who aspire to be where Kevin preaches one should be as a man who is so called a “High Valued Man” if you are a man who aspires to be what Kevin deems as a High Valued man, Kevin is telling the truth for you. However, if being a high valued man is your own definition and not what Kevin deems as High Valued, what Kevin preaches is not the truth for you. If you are a woman who designs herself after who she truly is as a woman who is true to self, what you deem as the proper man for you, is not what Kevin says you are only worthy of but what you know you ate worthy of, because you are true to yourself. In other words, you are not a woman who needs Kevin to guide you in your relationship to a man. High value and low valued is another way of dividing people based on perceived class and that class is based in physical looks, finances, and how one carries oneself in the eyes of those who look upon them and determine which class they fall into based on their looks and finances.

We just proved that we don't need MSM we can sit across from each other. Our women can rest in their feminine and we as BM can lead our community back to our greatness .Before the 1960 when our BW average weight was 125lb, 80% marriage rate. Countless self owned business that employeed countless black people.

I will be honest , This Kevin Samuels interview is what I needed to really understand him and his message. I use to think he was too harsh on young black women but that is because I never really sat down to hear his full message. I have a new found respect for him. Continue doing what you are doing Kevin.

I guess I should have given some of my background as I’m 55 yrs old. Mr Baldwin was a family friend. He is Dynamic. But I feel you. I was only referring to recent social media people. Most are on some hate each other crap. Which further separate us as a culture. So I had the pleasure of hearing him directly, not from a clip online. Yes mind blowing is an understatement at best.
