Hello Liao, I was wondering if maybe in your next plane spotting video can you put the state next to the city? I know this vid is a year old and I just found it but I was wondering if you could. Thanks. - Alaska

Wonderful video, but us old timers miss the days when aircraft looked different, as now they all look alike having only two engines! Before we could tell the Concord, 707, 727, 747, 737, DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, MD-11, and DC-9 apart from each other, as each one looked unique. No more imaginative designs in 2020 :(

its a shame all the widebody carriers dropped SJC. at least BA is coming back in march

Great view of rotation.......Had no ideal SJC been served by this many Asian carriers, I am hoping ONT will follow that trend with CI new service in March.

SJC has been growing for a few years. I wonder which Asian carrier will be the next. It's possible that ONT will follow the trend since many carriers are launching new destinations worldwide recently.

Nice work Liao...very steady camera, no unnecessary background noise, excellent vantage point and you were at my favorite airport, SJC! Just watching the A330's and B787's made me wonder if we'll ever get 777 service into SJC.

Thank you David. KZbin provides abundant analytics of each video on Creator Studio. I found that takeoff portion is usually the most popular than other portion of a plane spotting video. So I came up with the compilation and... let's see how it does! It would be cool to see if we have a 777 service. There was once an Emirate 777 in SJC if I remember correctly.

我的朋友福康! Thank-you for providing me a most wonderful Saturday morning with which to start my day. Again, even though your video is short, your great camera and videoing skills provide me a wealth of things to see. Would you please state the make and model of your camera? I know you have mentioned it in the past, but I am unable to find where it is. One other thing I truly appreciate about your video posts is how gracious a host you are. Your replies to everyone demonstrate a great deal of courtesy, which I hope others also appreciate. The one thing that reminded me of my past was the ANA flight to Tokyo. Did you notice whether it was the same plane that you took the last time you flew home? Years ago, when I flew often I used to record the tail number of the aircraft on which I flew. Then, when I had time to wait on the observation deck between flights at the airport, I would look for those aircraft. It was just something I did to take up the time while I waited. Thank-you very much again 福康. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into making these videos for us. 乾杯!

Hi Guerry my friend! Again thank you for the kind words. The equipment I used for the video was a Sony AX53 on tripods. The tight schedule of my day job took away most of my editing time recently. I hope I can stick with the weekly release. I really like to interact with all of you, the viewers! Through discussion, we learn something new. To me, the feedbacks regarding videos are extremely valuable, There is a cool website my.flightradar24.com (formerly flightdiary.net) where you can log your flight information including tail number. It then will generate a route map along with stats. I logged my flights on the website and found that my flights to and from Tokyo were actually on the same aircraft! (JA822A) Thank you for your continuous support and I hope to see you soon. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
