Wow this is powerful! Does anyone else find their breathing gets in sync with whoever is being adjusted? I find myself following their breathing....it's so AMSR, just miss the actual adjustment...always makes me look forward to my regular fortnightly tune up! :-)

there's something quite sensual about this (that is, sensual... not sexual). what I mean is this whole treatment is touch, feeling and sensitivity all guiding the connection of two bodies. it's intimate and meaningful. I feel relaxed just watching it.

I would give anything to be adjusted by someone as thorough as you guys. I constantly feel rushed going to the chiropractor, he even has a timer set and when the timer goes off the session is over. I’ve been experiencing some really bad off-balance/dizzy issues recently. I’ve had a lot of neck pain to go with it, been to numerous doctors and chiropractors but nothing seems to help.

Why adjust someone face up with your hand in a fist like position (such as at 4:50) vs having someone facedown and adjusting the same spot? Is there a difference or just preference?

Big difference based on the curvature of their spine , the muscle tone, and how you are trying to release the vertebrae

I apologize for my lack of understanding here, but how do the "micro-adjustments" he does in the beginning of the video help your body compared to the times I've been to a chiro and they are more about cracking your joints and freeing up tension in your spine?

@Jordan Ullom The microadjustments he's doing are a result of an internal awareness of where there is tension in his body. He's very self aware and is making these adjustments to as to relieve the tension in preparation for a deeper, more structural adjustment.

Darren Murphy this really struck a chord with me, especially when you mentioned the laughing fit at the end! That exact same thing has happened to me right after a powerful release--the laughter just bubbles up. Only happened twice in my life so far, and the first time was kind of a shock because I had no idea that could happen. Nice to know I'm not alone! My friend calls it the "unstuck-gasm." 😅😂
