Love the new housing being built all over Hartlepool. Especially them on the seafront. But does it have enough to offer young families?

Nothing in the town for young people, it's a complete dump. Building new houses with huge unemployment, highest council tax per person in the country, huge poverty, crime and heroin capital of England . Over 2000 empty houses in the town yet build more because the councils backhanders and in league with dodgey houchen
