[4K] Beautiful Walk in St Nectan’s Glen Waterfall - Cornwall

Join me, as I explore the mystical beauty of St Nectan’s Glen - a serene, natural wonder, nestled in the heart of Cornwall, England 🏞️. This is considered to be one of Cornwall’s best hidden treasures, with the largest waterfall being around 60 feet in height. Surrounded by lush woodlands 🌳, trickling streams, mysticism 🔮, and waterfalls that cascade into sacred pools, it is worth experiencing the tranquillity of this spiritual site, where legend intertwines with nature’s breath-taking allure. In this video I explore the waterfall, for which entry requires payment.

This was one of my favourite places from my holiday in Cornwall. The sounds of nature, the ethereal atmosphere, and the peaceful nature around me made this a very pleasant experience, which I aim to visit again. The weather was great on this day, the rain stopped, and it was not as cold and windy as it was the day before. There are paths and slate beds worn into steps from over hundreds of years, and stepping stones to get across the river so you need to be careful when walking. I recommend either using wellies or taking shoes off to cross the stepping stones as our boots ended up soaking wet. There is also a meditation room where you can write a thoughtful message, sit, reflect, and relax, which is lovely. The car park is quite close by, and a woodland walk, but only entrance to the waterfall requires payment of £8 Adult, and £4 child, with winter opening hours being 10am-4pm. This is beautiful destination for holidays, families and friends, and I would highly recommend visiting here!

I am an American and have only been to Britain once. I wanted to get to Cornwall, Tintagel, and I would have loved to do this walk. Sadly not enough time. Age and health make that impossible now. So thank you, thank you! What a strange, marvelous place!
