[4K] Brightline - Full Ride from West Palm Beach to Miami

Welcome aboard this southbound Brightline Train with service from West Palm Beach to Miami! Today our sole stop along the route will be in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The introduction of Brightline rail service in the United States is a relatively recent phenomenon, with service between Miami and West Palm Beach launching in January 2018, and expanded service to Orlando launching in September 2023. Service was suspended in whole during most of the COVID-19 pandemic and only resumed in late 2021, when this video was recorded.
The entire line from Miami to Orlando is owned by the Florida East Coast Railway, a private Class II railroad owned by a Mexican Holding Company. Despite the frequent freight operations among the line, Brightline service is still frequent, with trains departing by the hour on most given days. The maximum operating speed from Miami to West Palm Beach is 79 MPH (130 km/h) due to presumable track conditions and frequent grade crossings. From West Palm Beach to Cocoa, FL the maximum operating speed increases to 110 MPH (175 km/h) and from Cocoa to Orlando the maximum speed is 125 MPH (200 km/h), making Brightline service along this section one of the few higher-speed rail passenger services within the Americas.
