Guided buses... far too good an idea to ever catch on.
I can see many benefits of this type of system, but it does require plenty of space to be built.

it seems like mix transport system tram and bus. In the normal road, just drive another bus. In to the bus line, turn tram.

Weird road. Like a railroad. Why? I think, it's difficult to drive on it 🤔

No, because there are guiding "rails" on both sides and the bus itself does have small wheels at the front sides connected to the steering. So, the bus driver keeps his hands off of the steering wheel. He only takes over at the end of the guided section.
