I am thinking about how to increase riders. With all the nice tunnel walls, they should put lights in the tunnel ceilings then invite artists from all over Japan to place painting on the tunnel walls. Then they could run slow trains down the line as an art museum display railway for tourists. That might support the line for local transportation trains.
