Fuente Osmeña is a heritage site at Jones Avenue and General Maxilom Avenue in uptown Cebu.
The rotunda park is named after President Sergio S. Osmeña, the fourth President of the Philippines. He was a renowned Cebu politician.
The Fuente Osmeña Circle features a century-old fountain. The fountain was created in 1912 during the inauguration of the city's first waterways system.
Today, this gorgeous landmark is used for running, picnics, and nighttime celebrations. It's also a location for social events, political gatherings, and cultural events like Sinulog.
