❓If you're wondering how the huge flock of people will be moved in and out of South Road Properties in the future when events start to be held at SM Seaside Arena: ✅The Cebu Bus Rapid Transit Terminal will be built soon right at the back of the SM Seaside Complex. In the future, the Cebu BRT will serve people going to midtown and uptown Cebu City, as well as those heading south to Starmall Talisay, Bulacao-Pardo. ✅In the meantime, prior to the full operation of the Cebu BRT, which is currently under construction for Phase 1 and about to start Phase 2, the CIBUS (Cebu Interim Bus) is currently serving the loop route IT Park-Capitol-Fuente-South Bus Terminal-SM Seaside City-iL Corso-Nustar. ✅SM's MyBus will bring people home from SM Seaside City to Talisay, Minglanilla and Fuente Circle. ✅People going home to Mactan or have flights right after events can easily exit thanks to the nearby CCLEX. ✅The South Boulevard, the SRP Backroad, and around four new bridges around SRP are currently being constructed to alleviate traffic.
