Where are the checklists? The callouts? The proper pre-takeoff checks? Even the flight control continuity check was solely aileron and zero elevator. I think this reveals a complacency and lackadaisical attitude which may be a non-issue 99 times out of 100 but all it takes is the 1.

While I understand your concern, the Citation II has an audio based checklist system that goes though the headset only and wasn't recorded in this video. There are other videos on KZbin with an intercom recorder that demonstrate it perfectly.

This video is a bit deceiving in that sense. The aircraft showcased has a built-in checklist system that is audio based. It only goes through the headsets and none of the intercom audio was recorded for this flight. I assure, all checklists are followed for every flight!
