When was this recorded? The viewpoint at 9:00 just before the short gallery seems to have had its barriers removed - they were there in 2022, per Google Earth Street View. Before they blocked access, I would always stop there (plenty of room on a motorcycle). Thank you.

Cortina d'Ampezzo and most of the other places seem only thought for cars... pedestrians walking on the road, very few sidewalks... Are we in 1960? No wonder, Italy has the highest pedestrian and cyclist death rate in Europe! What a dystopia...
