2:10 so, part fun fact, part maintenance issue. On most lift hills for a rollercoaster, there will be stairs for people to climb down the rollercoaster in case of an issue. But to keep the theming of the ride, Expedition Everest had (and hopefully still has) retractable guardrails as well, and you can see it in other videos from earlier on in its history. But with videos from the last year or so, it seems like the guardrails are still up, here’s hoping this will be fixed in the next refurb.

That feeling when you drop out of the dark is just so weird like your stomach just instantly drops (fun fact that drop after you finished the backwards drop is the biggest in Walt Disneyworld Orlando!)
