Nakakatuwang isipin na sa panahon ngayon ay tanggap na ng mga tao ang iba't-ibang putahe na ibinibenta sa mga kainan na galing sa iba't-ibang lalawigan ng bansa gaya ng Cebu, Bacolod, Ilocos, Pampanga atbp.. Hindi katulad noon na halos pare-pareho lang ang mga iniaalaok na pagkain dito sa kalakhang Maynila. Magandang hudyat 'yan ng pagkakaisa-isa ng mga Pilipino sa buong Pilipinas.
