[4K] Festival of lights 2022 - Ghostly Guests - Nikolai Quarter

This video shows the illuminations in the Nikolai Quarter as part of the Festival of Lights 2022 and gives an impression of the atmosphere.
The Festival of Lights 2022 has the motto "Vision of our future". This year there are significantly fewer projections, but more sculptures. They require little electricity and have their own unique effect. These include the ghostly guests in the Nikolaiviertel by artist Alexander Reichstein, who has people and animals from the past walk through the neighborhood.
The festival was very well attended on Saturday, with more people on site than last year, according to my impression. Perhaps this was also due to the fact that there were fewer places with projections and illuminations.

Bin zwar in Berlin (Spandau und Moabit) aufgewachsen aber diese Ecke kenne ich so gut wie gar nicht. Und wenn ich nach Berlin und Deutschland komme dann leider nur fuer 2 Wochen. in paar Tage gehen immer floeten mit Besuchen bei Verwandte die natuerlich sauer waeren wuerden wir nicht vorbei kommen

Spandau 😌👍🏼 Da wo die Stadtmauer steht beginnend etwa 1250 mit dem Bau, und da wo der Ursprung von Berlin begann!

@@sandrawoods4513 Nee, Spandau ist erst seit Oktober 1920 ein Teil von Groß Berlin und war vorher ein selbständiges Städtchen
