Haven't been on a plane in almost 11 years now. This'll be me in a few weeks as I'm going on a family vacation. Watching this makes me excited to finally be flying somewhere again. Lol. Best flight channel on KZbin, hands down.

I'm so glad my channel has been a part of life in that way my friend. I hope it helps when I tell you that many other people have left similar comments over the years. That they have been able to overcome their fear of flying and travel the world thanks to my videos. So you're definitely not alone and this same thing has worked for others! If you ever have any questions about what you're seeing or hearing that if answered will help ease your mind, I'm always more than happy to answer them. There are no stupid questions here/1

Great fly! Have you heard Alaska Airlines grounded 65 fleet of Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft after the panel on the plane was blown out in midair when it is heading to Ontario from Portland and it was returned safely, United Airlines also grounded the same shortly after, and FAA grounded more than 170 fleet of Boring 737 MAX 9 aircrafts? What do you think?

Love your videos! How can you record videos of this length on an iPhone, especially in 4k at 60fps? I also have an iPhone 14 and would love to do such videos for my channel soon!
@sla31 Жыл бұрын
I travel with two 1TB iPhones. I don't use them for anything else, but filming for the channel. So, every trip I take, I initially start out with 2TB of immediate space. I then also travel with my laptop that has a 1TB SSD and a 2TB external SSD. Giving me 3TB of extra storage if needed. So 5TB of total space on every trip I take.
@BelizeanOnBoard Жыл бұрын
@@sla31 how much space does one video usually take up? I’m sure you back these up on an external drive!

I have never flown southwest. They seem to be so crowded at the gates.
@sla31 Жыл бұрын
Well it can be, but I also like knowing the exact order everyone will board. It eliminates all the people crowding the gate because the airline has 15 groups and the people in group 15 can’t just sit down until it’s their groups turn.

How do you like the new airport at MCI?
@sla31 Жыл бұрын
It is a huge improvement over what we had. I know some people loved the convince of the old airport, and I'll admit, if you come into B65 now, it's going to take you 20 minutes just to walk to the curb, but.... The downsides the old terminal had far outweighed the "connivence."
@Averagekylebuschfan Жыл бұрын

how do you offord all these plane tickets
@sla316 ай бұрын
Credit cards 😂. No seriously, I pay for everything you see on here out of my own pocket. For years that meant dumping pretty much all of my disposable income into flights. Now, the channel is big enough and I get enough watch time that the ad revenues pretty much pay for my flights. When I do big trips, I'm still pumping my own extra money into it, but for the most part I can usually at least break even with the ad revenues. It took 9 years to build it to that point though.

Sorry to be negative, but I hate, hate, hate Southwest. I don’t like the unassigned seating. But your bags fly free (sort of) , because I’m sure they jack up the price of the ticket to cover them.😊
