There's no public event, right? It's not like there's a parade. Or organized groups of people performing anything. 🤔 So most people just walk around the block over and over? This reminds me of Carnival in Brazil, but there are lot's of things to do in the streets. Here it seems that people just roam around. And they can't even dance or listen to music from their speakers, the guard doesn't allow it (and I understand why, you can't clog the flow of people at that street, it could cause serious safety issues). Maybe some of these people are going to a Halloween party somewhere? Well, I really liked everything related to Persona 5 that I saw or heard, mainly one of the theme songs. Persona 6 is gonna be awesome! Thanks for the great video!

Going to Japan for Halloween was on my bucket list. I had a wonderful time. Even when 3 young girls came up to me saying some creepy guy was following them, making them very nervous and scared. They acted like we were close friends when one of the girls whispered in my ear that this guy won't leave them alone. As soon as the guy looked at me, he took off. I am quite a bit bigger than him, but I was standing on the lower step for a parking garage entrance, then I stepped up to the street level where he saw I'm 6'9".

The Shibuya ward office has banned street drinking by law, showing that Shibuya is not a Halloween venue, but the majority of Tokyo residents support this. They don't hate Halloween. Especially, People don't like Halloween in Shibuya, where people drink on the streets, throw rubbish, and sometimes go so far as to overturn cars. In addition, Shibuya Halloween is a very recent commercial marketing event, and is not a tradition for Japan. Don't come to Shibuya during Halloween!
